Items to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot offer refunds on opened or partially used products, unless where required to by law (eg, product is defective.) We also cannot offer refunds on gift cards, digital items or sale items.

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Order Number

Customer Name, 

Items being returned, and 

Reason for return

Once we have replied, please package your items, and using your courier of choice, send to:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us. 

If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount to your original payment method, minus any shipping cost.
